Your data environment may not be ready for AI

AI governance

The most common reason AI initiatives stall is not the tool and not the budget. It is the data. AI systems require clean, accessible, well-governed data to produce reliable outputs. Before asking what AI can do for the organization, the more useful question is whether the data environment is ready to support it. In most cases the answer shapes the roadmap more than any technology choice.
